Why is outreach draft-only with human approval?
Outreach is draft-only because sending email under your domain is not a decision software should make alone. Every outreach message is prepared for human approval before it leaves the system. An automated sender that misreads context does not just waste a send, it spends your sender reputation and your relationship with that site.
Deliverability is a shared, slow-to-rebuild resource. A burst of poorly-targeted mail from your domain degrades every legitimate message you send afterwards, including ones that have nothing to do with link building.
The approval step is also where the human catches the thing the model cannot: that the site owner is a customer, a partner, or someone you already emailed last month.
This is a deliberate ceiling on autonomy, and it is the same reasoning behind our publish quality gate.
