How do prompt allowances work and what consumes one?

A prompt allowance is the number of tracked questions your plan refreshes on its cadence. Adding a question consumes a slot; the engines that answer it do not each consume their own, and a scheduled refresh does not spend a new one. Business includes up to 100 tracked prompts, refreshed weekly.

The unit is the tracked question, not the run. That is why adding an engine to a question you already track does not cost you another slot — it deepens the same measurement rather than starting a second one.

Untracking a question frees its slot for the next cycle. Slots are a standing capacity, not a monthly pot that expires unused.
